Not worth the money. Needed a quick wash so we took my car through only to get out when we were finished and see it did absolutely nothing but make my car wet. All the dirt was still there. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to club Carwash. Much better.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. This use to be my girlfriend and I favorite wash. We both have went within the last week, and the prices have gone up, and service has gone down significantly. We both purchased the premium $17 wash, and the two times we took both our vehicles a week apart, the under carriage spray does not work, the high pressure soap hose from the overhead to the arm bar was broken, spraying out everywhere on the arm except over the vehicle, and sprayed no soap. The foam wash barely worked. When I pulled out after even going through the dryer, I had soap everywhere that was not rinsed off. I had to drive to car wash city and finish washing all the soap and stuff off that it missed. I have called a couple times to speak to a manager, and have even left a voice mail and nobody seems to care. Not to mention the other bay has been broken. Very sad this has gone downhill so quickly, and you can tell by the other reviews that no initiative has been taken to improve services. But they’ve raised prices and lowered quality. Unfortunately I would suggest going somewhere else to have your vehicle washed.

Just went to clean run my truck through the wash. I have a subscription and there was a sign that subscribers didn't have access at this time. There were no notifications, i come from a little distance away. I went ahead and paid to run it through. It did a horrible job. I noticed in the last year it has not been doing a good job, if they are even working. The new payment pedestals, I couldn't even reach because they were so low.

Absolutely a waste of money and time… If you like to get debated on why there is nobody to help you or answer your questions, Susan’s auto is the place to go!! Not only will it scratch your car. You’ll have billing problems that they can’t fix because the system is old… Need a car wash? You should prob go to a better company that has employees that you can talk too and actually known what is going on.

This service has severely decline in quality over the last year, long lines, extremely difficult to change service tiers, not a portal to do so directly. Interested in time on hand to current business and don't return calls they said they would; is this focus on new customers or detailing services and not customers wishing to cancel even outside peel periods? Services not suspended. Constant shortages and long lines wasting my time and fuel. Rude customer service, when you ask to cancel they never get ahold of you, and I tried to call cancel they avoid me and I end up needing to file a dispute, will need to change credit cards to avoid continuing service. I would not recommend this and a complete waste of time and resources.
